Randolph L. Marsh, Founder and President
Randolph’s legal background includes business structures, as well as litigation, intellectual property and numerous issues facing startup companies. His practice includes a range of services as a litigation attorney, counseling on legal activities including oil and gas, intellectual property and trade secrets, business contracts and torts. Currently, Randolph’s primary focus is related to oil, gas, and natural resources law, including rendering title opinions, preparing documents relating to oil and gas exploration and production transactions, and consulting with clients concerning a multitude of oil and gas matters as a Title Examiner. He is an External Corporate Counsel, with international and project management experience.

Randolph is a member of the Oklahoma and Texas Bar Associations. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1988, and obtained his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1996. Randolph has authored articles in publications such as the Tulsa Law Journal and the Oklahoma Bar Journal, and is an active speaker within the industry, providing CLE to such organizations as the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and the Oklahoma City Mineral Lawyers Society. He is a member of the AAPL, OCAPL, FWAPL, DAPL, HAPL, the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, and is an Ad Hoc Member of the Oklahoma Title Standards Committee.
